A timber cutting licence is a commercial licence authorizing the holder to cut timber in a given area during a period of up to five years.

A Permit to Burn is required if you are lighting a fire outside municipal limits for anything other than cooking food or warming yourself. Permits to Burn are free and can be obtained from your local or regional ENR office.

Entitles the holder to operate a business of trading and trafficking in the raw hides and raw pelts of fur-bearing animals and big game at the location specified in the licence.
Entitles the holder to possess wildlife, allow otherwise unauthorized harassment of wildlife, bait wildlife, use meat of big game for bait and to serve as a meal big game or upland game birds at a place other than a private residence.
Entitles the holder, for money or money's worth or in the expectation of money or money's worth, to provide equipment and guides to persons hunting big game in the areas designated in the licence.
The holder of a this licence is entitled to conduct a hunting program in a school, correctional centre or similar institution.
