The Market Housing Program (MH) provides professionals (teachers, nurses, GNWT and community government staff) with opportunities to rent affordable housing units in various northern communities in the Northwest Territories.
CARE PM enables existing homeowners to complete preventative maintenance checks and make minor servicing or repairs to ensure a safe and healthy residence and to increase the useful economic life of their home. Assistance of $3,000 is available per fiscal year.
