entitled to conduct activity in the interest of wildlife management that is otherwise prohibited by the Act or the regulations made under the Act.

The holder of a registered group trapping area licence is entitled exclusively to hunt fur-bearing animals in the wildlife management area specified on the licence, the right belonging to the group named in the licence.

The holder of a game farm licence is entitled to operate a business of keeping live game of the species specified in the licence, for the purposes of propagation, sale, profit or display.
