Fill out the spill report form http://www.enr.gov.nt.ca/file/3253
and return by fax to 1-867-873-6924 or email to spills@gov.nt.ca

The Department of Environment and Natural Resources ensures the continued operation of the NWT's 24-Hour Spill Report Line as part of the Hazardous Substances Program. The Department is also responsible for coordinating the GNWT response to spills of contaminants and ensuring contaminated sites are cleaned up by the polluter.
