Additional Info:

Searches can be conducted against the system by name (individual or enterprise), serial number (for serial numbered goods) or registration number.

Given that this a fully online system, all searching and registration functions are performed through the web application. Users must have an account to use the system. Accounts are arranged through ACOL (www.acol.ca), the administrator of the system.

The Personal Property Registry office only provides search services and customers are required to complete a form prior to their doing the search.

A Lien Check service (https://pprs.acol.ca/lc/) is available for members of the public to conduct online searches (using a credit card for payment) against serial numbered goods.
