Programs are offered through three regional campuses (Fort Smith, Yellowknife and Inuvik) as well as Community Learning Centres (CLCs) in most NWT communities. Training is delivered in all communities depending on needs identified. Staff may travel into communities where there are no resident staff but not on a regular basis.

Short-term courses may occassionally be delivered in Enterprise, Jean Marie River, Kakisa, Nahanni Butte, Paulatuk, Sachs Harbour, Trout Lake, and Wrigley in the absence of dedicated CLCs or Adult Literacy and Basic Education (ALBE) services.
