What you'll get:

Driver Medicals for Class 1, 2, 3 or 4 drivers licences are required upon initial application, every five years to age 45, every three years to age 65, and annually at age 65 and over.

For Class 5, 6, 5P, 6P and 7 drivers, medicals are required at age 75, age 80 and every two years thereafter.

Medicals may be required on a more frequent basis pending certain medical conditions. All necessary forms are available at community health centres.
